Tully's Way Farm, our new name, is still growing strong. There will be more changes in 2020 as we set course to leave the farm. While the farm is as of yet unsold, we plan to have a full growing season.
Our selection of vegetables will change for 2020 as Gerry and Sue move to a keto-vegan and a keto regimen.
As we both have some health issues (yeah for getting older!; much better than the alternative).
We have done thorough research and truly believe that this is a healthy new way for us.
Vegetable-wise this means:
Fewer: peas, corn, carrots, potatoes (but still lots!)
More: Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, green and yellow beans, cucumber, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower. brussel sprouts. kale, collards, greens, onions, leeks
Our dry bean production will be: white kidney, red kidney, black turtle, black soy, hulless white soy bean (for tofu), soup beans
We will continue to offer eggs, chicken, maple syrup, soups and other processed foods.
We are attempting to re-invigorate our raspberry patch, - more on that later.
Due to Covid-19, our farm store, moves up our long driveway, near Watson Road! We are making a market booth, to serve you better.
